Wilma Jo Flaherty, Executive Director

Wilma Jo Flaherty brings twenty plus years of administrative experience in the long term care industry to La Conner Retirement Inn. The past 12 years have been with Radiant Senior Living as an Executive Director in their three Washington Communities. Prior to entering the healthcare field, Wilma Jo was a senior executive in the hospitality industry. With her education in hotel and restaurant management, Wilma Jo brings a unique blend of skills to the position of Executive Director. Wilma Jo started as the Administrator of the assisted living and Alzheimer wings of Ida Culver House Broadview in Seattle, opening in 1990. She has brought three other facilities through construction to successful openings; including Radiant Senior Living's own Ashley Pointe and South Pointe. Interacting with her residents is an important part of everyday for her and her Golden Retriever, Max. Wilma Jo and her husband live in LaConner and enjoy golf, reading and playing with their three children and nine grandchildren.
