Enjoy the active retirement you’ve always wanted at La Conner Retirement Inn! You can choose from a variety of floor plans with our cottages or apartments in the main building. Our cottages are just a short walk from the main building, and are comfortably designed with one and two bedrooms, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer and bathroom with easy-access shower.

Cottage residents are always welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the many amenities located in the main building, and to participate in planned social, educational and recreational activities.

As a resident in our main building, if you find that you need more help with your routine daily activities, you don’t need to move. You may receive these personal care and support services in the privacy of your apartment.

Your monthly rent includes:

  • One meal daily, served restaurant style
  • All utilities (except personal telephone)
  • Cable TV
  • Complimentary laundry facilities
  • Weekly housekeeping and linen service
  • Emergency communication system
  • Routine building maintenance
  • Planned social activities
  • Scheduled transportation to medical appointments
